Russian forces launched attacks on civilian sites in Kyiv on Tuesday, including Kyiv TV tower and a Holocaust memorial in the city, killing at least five and wounding several others. Ukraine’s Foreign Affairs Minister Dmytro Kuleba said a “barbaric” air strike hit directly in front of a government building in Kharkiv that killed several people. Russian forces also have entered the southern city of Kherson.
