An Award Winning New York Times Bestselling Book

About a year ago, I read this book called “Boundaries”. I previously associated this word with tangible things; such as, borders, property lines, zones, airspace, the DMZ etc…

I had no idea this word had so much power on personal development, but it does! This book goes into personality types and how to limit yourself with others (even digital space boundaries).

“I recommend this book to people who are over-givers or those who constantly get taken advantage of and/or those who seek more control in your life“
Questions to Ask Yourself
- Can you say “no” and still be considered a loving person?
- How do you stand up to abuse?
- How do you stand up to hurtful behavior from family, friends or clients?
If you have a hard time answering any of those questions or want to learn more about to address those questions, then this book is a perfect fit for you.

Are you tied down with fear? Something internal? Something lucrative or hard to define? Then this book is may be a great fit for you. Your issues may be internal as much as they may be external. Just the simple understanding of the word “boundaries” and how this word is applicable to everyday life (especially as a parent, business owner and a spouse) blew my mind. There are several other concepts and ideas discussed in the book, but I am not here to spoil the book. I hope you enjoy this read as I did and may you find great success afterwards!
I personally give this book a 5-Star review as it was transformative for me in my life and I am writing this review to either inspire or encourage someone to give this book an opportunity as I did.
